BODYPUMP™ - is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast. Open to all fitness levels.
BODYCOMBAT™ - This fiercely energetic program is inspired by material arts and draws for a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Driving music and powerful instructors, you strike, punch and kick your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
BODYFLOW™ - A yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates Inspired workout leaving you long, strong, calm and centered. Feel Balanced. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
SH’BAM™ - Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, Sh’Bam is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star- even if dance isn’t your natural thing. Set to a soundtrack of chart – topping popular hits, dance music heard in world’s hottest nightclubs, familiar classics remixed and modernized Latin beats, Sh’Bam is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise.
LM MASHUP - a combination class featuring BODYPUMP™, BODYCOMBAT™, CORE and/or BODYFLOW™.
FREESTYLE CLASSES
BURN ZONE - A 60-minute interval based workout sure to make you sweat. Class will use jump ropes, hand weights, tubes, steps, and body weight for high-intensity cardio and strength circuits. You will tap into your fat stores with this High Intensity cardio class. The use of the MYZONE strap is highly encouraged as we train "in the zones." This class is challenging yet easy-to-follow with optional impact, and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
CORE - a class designed to get you a tight and tone core. Using various resistance (body weight, tubes), this class focuses on your abs, glutes, back, oblique’s and shoulders and will leave you looking good and feeling strong.
STEP & SCULPT - a step class that uses basic step techniques for a safe and effective cardiovascular workout and combines toning aspects of resistance training with optional impact, and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
B.L.T. (BUTT, LEGS, & THIGHS) - a class designed for our female members to concentrate on those problem areas.
"POUND - is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

KICKBOXING - this class will make you sweat as you punch and kick your way through a great cardio and core workout. Open to all fitness levels.
20/20/20 - is the perfect combination class if you are short on time. This class is 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, 20 minutes of core/stretching. Open to all fitness levels.
CARDIO BLAST - is a 25 minute class that focuses on cardio conditioning for extra calorie burn. Open to all fitness levels.
ZEN - Come experience our latest class enjoying 30 minutes of adult nap time. We use mediatation to quiet our minds. Meditation practices are proven to help remove stress, balance our emotions, and restore peace and health to both our physical and spirtual bodies.
BARRE - full-body workout that combines ballet-based movements, weight conditioning, core-focused exercises, and stretching.
